Supporting you through your conception journey
Reflexology during the pre-conception period can help you to feel more relaxed and may aid your body in preparing for pregnancy. The treatments can help support you and give you the time and space to reflect and understand your situation better.
I have supported many couples on their conception journey and have experience working with clients with unexplained infertility, PCOS, endometriosis, reduced sperm quality and recurrent miscarriage. Some go on to to experience natural conception and others have reflexology to complement medical treatments such as Clomid, IVF and ICSI.
Either way the goal is the same: to provide relaxing, de-stressing and balancing reflexology for fertility in a caring and supportive environment, with the aim of helping the body to conceive and carry a baby to term.
I feel really privileged to accompany my clients on their fertility journey and nothing can beat the wonderful exhilarating feeling of finding out a couple is pregnant with a much longed for baby.
Here is what Jen who experienced 5 miscarriages before having a gorgeous baby girl has to say:
Having experienced a number of miscarriages I started treatment with Rosanna to see if an alternative therapy could assist me towards my goal of having a successful pregnancy. Rosanna introduced me to temperature charting which is used in many countries to assist in the profiling of menstrual cycles. This enabled us to more accurately determine ovulation and hence the best time to attempt conception. In conjunction with reflexology we believe that Rosanna played no small part in me falling pregnant and I am now a healthy 37 weeks and 5 days into my pregnancy. Rosanna has provide valuable ongoing support which has helped us through the highs and lows of this process. We are very grateful to Rosanna and we strongly recommend that anyone in a similar position should book an appointment as soon as they can.
Jen – now a happy mum to a healthy baby girl

When I work with fertility clients, I always allow extra time for both the consultation and treatment. In my experience, there is generally more to discuss both in terms of fertility health questions and how best to cope with all the additional stresses and pressures. My extensive training in Fertility Awareness allows me to understand and explain male and female reproductive health and provide evidence-based information to help you optimise your chances of conception as well as to get the best out of your appointments with GPs and Consultants.

Follow-up Focused Fertility Reflexology £65
If you are undergoing IVF or other ART treatment or know exactly what your fertility issues are and therefore do not need such in-depth consultations, I can do a shorter fertility appointment to suit your individual needs. These follow-ups last around 70-minutes and include a health consultation and tailored reflexology treatment with a focus on hormones and reproductive function.
Ideally, it is beneficial to have an initial course of 4-6 reflexology treatments weekly or fortnightly to give the body a proper chance to rebalance hormones or to work alongside Assisted Reproduction Techniques (ART) such as IVF.
