Selenite is a crystallized form of Gypsum; it is often a pearly white but can be other colours due to inclusions of other minerals. Orange selenite is not dyed; it gets its natural peachy orange colour from minerals such as copper ore and desert sand.

This is a beautiful leaf shaped tea-light holder carved from a piece of natural Orange Selenite and comes with a tea light. There are photos from different angles of this lovely piece – so that you can see exactly what you are buying.
