During clinic opening hours I am usually with clients in my treatment room in which case my phone is on silent to ensure that each client gets 100% of my attention! This means that I often can’t respond to messages straight away. I aim to respond to queries on the day I receive them, but it can sometimes be the following day if I have evening clients. Messages left outside my opening hours will be responded too on my next working day.

Please note: to meet the needs of my current clients, I am not currently taking on new clients for evening or Saturday appointments
