New Clients: First appointment – £80

This initial appointment with me is divided into 2 parts to reduce our direct contact time during the Covid-19 pandemic:

  • Phone consultation

    this will around 30-minutes and will cover your past and current health and life stresses. This consultation will allow plenty of time for us to get to know one another and to build up a full picture of where you are now and what you would like to get out of your treatment.

  • In-person reflexology treatment

    following this initial consultation you can then book an “in person” reflexology treatment which is fully tailored to your needs, this will take place in my Maidenhead treatment room, will last around an hour and requires us both to wear a face mask.

Once you book in your initial phone consultation (or we can Zoom if you prefer), you will receive a health and wellbeing questionnaire to complete and email back to me prior to your consultation. Experience has shown me that having you fill this out first, that we have more time during the initial consultation to discuss your health issues and to decide how to use the reflexology treatment to best support your needs.

Returning clients

Follow-up Reflexology sessions

These 70-minute follow-up sessions are available to all existing clients who have had an initial consultation with me. They include a pre-treatment phone consultation and a full “in person” reflexology treatment that is specifically tailored to best meet your individual needs and preferences, drawing on a range of reflexology and massage techniques blended together to make it feel blissful and effective! Suitable for chronic illness, stress, anxiety, fertility & pregnancy.

Payment is by cash, debit card, credit card or bank transfer. Debit and credit card payments are processed by Square. If you have a private health cash plan/health insurance you may be able to reclaim all or part of the cost of your treatment using a receipt containing my accreditations.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your appointment at any time if you aren’t feeling 100%. I want you to feel safe and to keep the treatment room safe for everyone. But I ask that you give me as much notice as possible, so that I can then offer your appointment slot to someone else. So if you are feeling unwell or life just gets in the way, then please phone me and discuss the options as ahead of time as possible.

Therefore the normal cancellation policy does not apply unless you simply forget to turn up! If you do not show up for an appointment without prior notice and fail to contact me, then you will be expected to pay the full treatment price.
